The Brief

To create a website that explains the environmental issues involved in travel and how easyJet are tackling this important issue.

Our Solution

We thought with such a complex and important issue our job was to make the site as simple and easy to understand as possible.

Once again we worked with Flow Interactive to create the easyJet Environment website, with a focus on simple and clear messaging supported by a graphic approach to getting the information across.

We followed our usual user centred design process over 8 weeks that included the following activities:

• Rapid interaction design and prototyping
• A visual design process that focused on simple and easy to understand graphics that illustrate the issues involved
• Development of standards compliant HTML, Flash and CSS and then integration with the easyJet development team

We designed a simple site that explains a complex problem; it's as simple as that!
